In the TRITAC Combat MMA Training flow, students work on 4 unique skill-sets.

.) Front Kick – the front kick is a powerful long range weapon that allows you to keep distance as well as drive your opponent back. In this TRITAC training flow, we use the front kick to drive your opponent into the wall or MMA Cage

.) Wall Double-Leg Takedown – the double leg takedown is a great option against the wall. It’s simple, and doesn’t require as much strength as people think. If you have ever watched MMA, it is arguable that the Cage Double-Leg Takedown is one of the highest percentage takedowns in MMA

.) Spinning Elbow – the spinning elbow is a fun brutal shot that we use when the opponent is defending the double leg takedown with a whizzer and “shove”.

.) Double Leg Takedown #2 – after the spinning elbow, you can re-enter and clasp your hands together behind his knees to life and finish the takedown.

.) Heel Hook Finish – the last part is just a fun way to finish the fight using a heel hook. The heel hook is definitely more on the sportive side of things in this flow, but we can also apply the heel hook standing.
