TRITAC Combat MMA program focuses on developing 3 major “Systems”of Combat Martial Arts Training:

Combat Striking: Striking-based training that is both defensive and offensive; emphasis on footwork and “close-range” fighting. Use of punches, elbows, hammer-fists, knees, kicks, headbutts and the TRITAC Frame.
Combat Grappling: Develop the skills for stand-up grappling (throws, takedowns, set-ups, etc.) as well as learning how to fight on the ground (combat guard, escapes, submissions, etc.). Influences from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Japanese Jujitsu and Wrestling.
No-Rules Combat: Learn to face the worst possible scenarios against surprise attacks, multiple attackers, protecting others and weapons combat.
Combined – these three systems form our TRITAC Combat MMA Program.
Each system is broken down into focus-areas (ex takedowns), which are further broken down into skill-sets (ex hip throws).

Skill-sets are combined from different focus-areas AND levels to form different TRITAC FLOWS.

Flows simulate how a fight could happen. Partners go back and forth from attacking, defending, countering, escaping and finishing.

Flows develop your ability to instinctively learn skill-sets, while getting the “feel for a fight”.
