At its core – TRITAC is a framework and methodology for helping you ultimately – Learn How to Fight, Defend Yourself and Protect Others.

TRITAC is a combat MMA system in which you will learn 3 Combative Systems: – Striking, Grappling, and Combatives (MMA, Multiple Opponents, Weapons Combat).

TRITAC is designed to function in 3 separate, yet related areas of combat: Submission Grappling, MMA, and Reality-Based Self-Defense.

TRITAC is a combat philosophy & methodology that emphasizes natural body movements and mechanics over prescribed responses to scripted attacks. TRITAC is designed to be as instinctive as possible so you don’t have to recall complicated series of movements when you have to defend yourself.

During training, you will focus on developing: “combat flow”. You will learn how to easily flow from technique to technique, based upon the response of your opponent.

You will develop a combat-instinct that allows you to execute without thought or hesitation. The process makes is easy for you to develop a true fighting ability.

TRITAC Combat MMA program focuses on developing 3 major “Systems”of Combat Martial Arts Training:

Combat Striking: Striking-based training that is both defensive and offensive; emphasis on footwork and “close-range” fighting. Use of punches, elbows, hammer-fists, knees, kicks, headbutts and the TRITAC Frame.
Combat Grappling: Develop the skills for stand-up grappling (throws, takedowns, set-ups, etc.) as well as learning how to fight on the ground (combat guard, escapes, submissions, etc.). Influences from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Japanese Jujitsu and Wrestling.
No-Rules Combat: Learn to face the worst possible scenarios against surprise attacks, multiple attackers, protecting others and weapons combat.
Combined – these three systems form our TRITAC Combat MMA Program.
Each system is broken down into focus-areas (ex takedowns), which are further broken down into skill-sets (ex hip throws).

Skill-sets are combined from different focus-areas AND levels to form different TRITAC FLOWS.

Flows simulate how a fight could happen. Partners go back and forth from attacking, defending, countering, escaping and finishing.

Flows develop your ability to instinctively learn skill-sets, while getting the “feel for a fight”.
