This TRITAC Striking Training Flow is a very dynamic striking flow that develops slipping, punching, hammer and TRITAC Frame skill-sets.

The TRITAC flow teaches you how to evade and then drive your opponent back with continuous strikes to the head using punches, hammer fist strikes, and TRITAC Frames / Elbows.

The striking flow is demonstrated by Mike Simon and some other guy (who wished to remain anonymous, though we all know who is… LOL).
