Day 1:

  • Warm-ups
  • W4 Entrance Drill
  • Frame 1 Defense / Attack
  • Frame 1 – 2 Hits Drill
  • W4 to Knees

Day 2:

  • Warm-ups
  • Pummeling Drill
  • Pummeling for Underhook
  • Head Push Takedown from Grapple

Day 3:

  • Warm-ups
  • W4 Entrance Drill
  • Pummeling for Underhook
  • W4 to Head Push Takedown Technical Work
  • W4 to Head Push Takedown
