Technical Sparring: Put Partner in Plum, he must escape with pummel defense #1 then angle change & knee

Dynamic Sparring: Working from a 50/50: Whoever gets plum, opponent must escape with pummel defense 1

Scenario: In the open- two opponents using 180 turn
